Call out for fault finding and rectification of third party designed and installed system. Hearing loop audio was playing through the conference room speakers on an adjacent level. In addition, the AV system was under utilised by non-technical staff due to a lack of understanding and inadequate documentation. Perspective AV resolved the hearing loop audio interference issue, and reverse engineered the existing third party installation to produce a user manual suitable for all staff.
